During the withdrawal process, once you complete the security verification and click "Submit," HashKey Global will initiate the withdrawal automatically, and it cannot be stopped. If you have entered the wrong address, due to the anonymity of blockchain addresses, HashKey Global will not be able to locate the recipient of your funds, and therefore cannot provide further assistance. We recommend the following actions:

If you have mistakenly sent fund to the wrong address and you know the owner of that address, we suggest you directly contact the owner to negotiate the return of your fund.

If your fund has been sent to the wrong address on another platform, please contact the customer service team of that platform for assistance.

If you forget to fill in the memo (Tag/Memo) when withdrawing to another platform, please contact the receiving platform and provide the transaction ID (TxID) of the withdrawal from HashKey Global along with relevant information for retrieval.
