Promotion Rules

During the promotion period, you will receive a commission rebate of 30% of the fees generated by the invited customers on futures trades and 30% of the fees generated by the invited customers on spot trades.
The Rebate reward will be distributed in HSK and in the T+1 day. HSK has no price before it is officially launched on November 26, 2024. The conversion formula will be adjusted and preset according to the HSK rewards of the overall platform activities. After HSK is officially launched and spot trading is opened, settlement will be made at real-time prices. For example: Suppose your total rebate on October 1 is 100 USDT. If the price of HSK is 1 USDT when the reward is issued on October 2, you will receive 100 HSK.
The daily commission reward limit for a single client from all invitees is 50,000 HSK. The rebate reward for invited clients will be calculated after the invitee completes identity verification.

2. Perpetual futures rebate limit: 40,000 HSK
3. For a single invited user, the daily contribution rebate cap is 2,000 HSK
Perpetual Futures Fee Rebate is limited to Individual Clients and Corporate Clients (including Companies and Institutions) who are eligible to receive rebates on perpetual futures transactions, while other account types are not eligible to receive perpetual futures fee rebate. The calculation of rebate rewards includes the trading contribution of individual clients and sub-accounts.
30% of HSK rewards will be unlocked within 28 days after HSK launched, and 10% will be unlocked every month until all HSK earned from the event are unlocked. November 20, 2024 will be the last HSK reward that needs to be unlocked. Starting from November 21, the HSK reward issued will be unlocked directly without waiting for the unlocking period.
Your referral rewards can be reviewed in the "Referral" and "My Invitation" sections, with details of your commission earnings available under "My Account" – "My HSK".
Participants must adhere to all rules and guidelines. Any behavior that does not comply with the rules or affects the experience of other clients (as solely determined by HashKey Global) will result in the cancellation of participation eligibility and the revocation of all rewards obtained during the campaign period.

By participating in any of the campaigns, you hereby confirm that you have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to abide by the rules and terms, as well as the accompanying disclaimers and risk warnings associated with the respective campaign.
This campaign is not targeted at any specific country and explicitly excludes, but is not limited to, the United States, Mainland China, and Hong Kong. Participants in this campaign must independently manage and execute their promotional activities, and all actions and activities related thereto are not the responsibility of HashKey Global.

Terms & Conditions

Each new HashKey Global user can only be referred once. With reference to our internal records, only the referrer whose referrer’s HashKey Global invitation code in the first successful referral will be used to determine the eligibility to this programme. Such determination is subject to HashKey Global’s system records;
HashKey Global reserves the right to disqualify clients from participating in the programme and revoke any reward from clients who engage in fraudulent or abusive activities to earn referral rewards, and to request further information to conduct related investigations, such as fraudulent registration, forging identity verification information, and any other activity associated with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
HashKey Global may delay the distribution of rewards under this programme due to internal control, system issues or other special circumstances.
HashKey Global has the right to suspend, freeze, and seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or HashKey Global's terms of service;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashKey Global, its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the campaign/program, including but not limited to any loss of funds, profits, data, or reputation. HashKey Global reserves the ultimate discretion regarding the rules and rewards of the campaign/program;
Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to the acquisition, possession, use, or trading of digital assets.
