Step 1: Deposit UXLINK to HashKey Global
Depositing from a Personal Wallet

Log into Your Account: Access your HashKey Global account.

Navigate to Deposit Section: Find the 'Deposit' option in your asset overview
- Select Asset: UXLINK, and Select Network: Arbitrum, select 'Personal Wallet' as Address Source.
- Fill in the deposit amount and click [Confirm], then the system will automatically calculate a specific verification amount, and you need to confirm the deposit amount on the Pop-up page and click [Confirm].
- Click [Copy] or scan the QR code on the page to obtain the deposit target address for subsequent deposit and transfer operations. Note that the deposit amount must be strictly in accordance with the amount specified in the interface.
- Transfer from Personal Wallet: Initiate the transfer from your wallet to the copied address.
- Confirm the Deposit: Make sure the deposit is confirmed on the blockchain; it will then be credited to your HashKey Global account.
Depositing from an Exchange Platform

Log into Your Account: access your HashKey Global account.

Navigate to Deposit Section: Find the 'Deposit' option in your asset overview.

Choose Asset: UXLINK, and Network: Arbitrum, Select 'Exchange Platform' as the source of the deposit address.

Identify the Sending Exchange: Select the third-party exchange from which you are transferring funds.

Verify Account Details: Ensure that the details on both the sending and receiving exchanges match.

Execute the Deposit: Transfer the funds from the third-party exchange to the provided HashKey Global deposit address.
- Await Confirmation: Your account will be credited post-confirmation on the blockchain.
Verifying Deposits and Whitelisting

Whitelisting Addresses: If depositing from a new address, you might need to verify ownership through a "whitelisting" process by depositing a small, specified amount determined by HashKey Global.

Signature Verification: Alternatively, you can also choose the "Signature Verification" method for authentication.

Supported Exchanges: Make sure the third-party exchange you are using is supported by HashKey Global for deposits. We currently accept deposits from the following third-party exchanges.

Deposit Confirmation: Deposits need to be confirmed by the blockchain network, which may take time depending on the network traffic and the asset type.
