Rewards for market makers to add market depth

• Rules for rewards

   

  Starting from August 1, 2024, market makers can earn up to 50,000 HSK per month in the Spot or Futures market by placing orders and adding market depth to HashKey Global's order books. A market maker can get rewards for Spot and Futures at the same time, with a maximum of 100,000 HSK per month. The specific requirements and rewards are shown in the table below:

• The calculation method of the Monthly Weighted Average Depth

• 1. The Monthly Weighted Average Depth of the spot and contract will be counted and calculated separately.
  2. The quantity (USDT) of orders within the price range of X% and Y% from the middle of the best bid and best ask price in the order book will be counted for each market maker daily, and the average quantity (USDT) on that day will be calculated as [±X%depth] and [±Y%depth]. The values of X% and Y% are shown in the table below and may be adjusted every month.

  3. The Daily Weighted Average Depth is the sum of [±X%depth] and [±Y%depth] which is weighted according to the pair's weights (W) on that day. The pair's weights are shown in the table below and may be adjusted every month.

  4. The Monthly Weighted Average Depth is the average of the Daily Weighted Average Depth on all days of the month.

• Others
  1. All market makers who get onboard in the current month or before the current month can receive rewards for placing orders. However, whenever a market maker gets on board, we will use the daily average of the market maker's average weighted depth on all days of the month as the Monthly Average Weighted Depth.
  2. Market makers can only enjoy the rewards of the highest level they can achieve, but cannot receive rewards repeatedly. If the market maker Mark's Monthly Average Weighted Depth is $100,000, market maker can receive Level D rewards, which is 2,000HSK.
  3. The rewards will be notified by email in the following calendar month and will be distributed within 14 working days after the market maker replies to the confirmation email.
  4. Market makers that have made an agreement for providing liquidity at HashKey Global (e.g. DMMs, and CMMs) cannot receive this reward.
