HashKey Global Will Support the Polygon(MATIC) Token Swap to Polygon(POL)

Dear HashKey Global Clients,
 
HashKey Global will support the Polygon(MATIC) token swap to Polygon(POL). We will complete the MATIC to POL token swap automatically for MATIC holders on HashKey Global.
At 2024-09-10 03:00 (UTC), HashKey Global will delist existing MATIC spot trading pairs (i.e. MATIC/USDT) and cancel all pending MATIC spot trading orders. At 2024-09-13 07:00 (UTC), HashKey Global will open trading for the POL/USDT.
 

Swap Details

  • MATIC tokens will assume the ticker of POL at HashKey Global;
  • All MATIC tokens will be swapped to POL at a ratio of 1 MATIC = 1 POL.
 

Spot Trading

  • At 2024-09-10 03:00 (UTC), HashKey Global will delist and cease trading on the spot trading pair of MATIC (i.e. MATIC/USDT).
  • All trade orders will be automatically canceled after trading ceases.
  • HashKey Global will open trading for the POL/USDT trading pairs at 2024-09-13 07:00 (UTC).
 

Deposits and Withdrawals

  • At 2024-09-10 03:30 (UTC), deposits and withdrawals of MATIC will be suspended. Please ensure that you leave sufficient time for your MATIC deposits to be fully processed prior to this time.
  • The deposit and withdrawal service of POL will be opened at 2024-09-13 07:30 (UTC).
  • After the event is complete, deposits and withdrawals MATIC tokens will no longer be supported.
  • During the upgrade, you may experience temporary restrictions on viewing the MATIC assets in your accounts. Rest assured that all MATIC assets are secure and unaffected. The token swap from MATIC to POL may take some time to complete. Once the upgrade is finished, you will be able to transfer these assets again. POL/USDT will be listed on 2024-09-13 07:00 (UTC).
