Compensation Plan

Eligibility: A snapshot of user accounts was captured at 10:00 UTC on September 20, 2024, at the time of the CATI listing. Users with CATI in their HashKey Global accounts at the time of the snapshot will be eligible for compensation.

Compensation Amount: Eligible users will receive compensation in USDT, equivalent to 5% of their CATI holdings (the value is based on the price fluctuation range of CATI in the market during the system freeze), calculated at a rate of 1 USDT per CATI.
