To encourage market makers to further strengthen HashKey Global's liquidity of spot markets, we will launch a negative Maker Fee Rates plan for spot market makers on October 1, 2024. HashKey Global's common market makers (CMM) can apply to participate in this plan.
Rules:

This plan is only for HashKey Global's spot market makers and is only effective in the spot market.

Spot market makers can get the maker fee rate of -0.005%. They don't have to pay any trading fees, but they will receive corresponding trading fees for their Maker orders. For example, if a market maker participating in this plan generates a make vol of 10,000 USDT, the market maker will receive a fee income equivalent to 10,000 USDT * 0.005% = 0.5 USDT.

Designated market makers (DMM) who get monthly service fees cannot participate in this plan.

Market makers cannot participate in this plan and get incentives by providing liquidity at the same time. That is, they will not be able to obtain incentives if they apply to participate in this plan.

This plan will be effective during 2024/10/1~2024/10/31. HashKey Global also has the right to terminate in advance or extend the validity period of this plan.
