1.1Which exchanges do we currently support withdrawals to?
As a compliant exchange, Hashkey Global currently supports withdrawals to the following exchanges:
-
Binance
-
OKX (for individual users only)
-
Bybit
-
Bitget (for individual users only)
-
Hashkey (HK station)
-
Coinone
1.2 Why did my withdrawal to other exchanges fail? How can I solve it quickly?
As a compliant exchange, in order to protect your funds, HashKey Global requires "same-name transfers", that is, you can only withdraw to other accounts under your own name, and make sure your name and birthday is exactly the same on both exchanges. Our system and the other exchange's system will automatically verify this information, and will also verify whether the address you filled in belongs to the exchange. Therefore, please make sure that your name, birthday, and other information such as the selected assets and networks are correct. The following are common reasons for failure and solutions for your reference:
1) The exchange address filled in is the personal wallet address, not the exchange platform address.
>Quick solution: Please check and accurately fill in the wallet address corresponding to the exchange platform.
2) The selected exchange platform is inconsistent with the exchange address filled in (for example, Binance was selected but Bybit address was filled in)
>Quick solution: Please select the correct exchange and accurately fill in the corresponding exchange platform address.
3) The exchange address filled in is not the address under your own name (such as the address of friends, family, etc.), that is, the name of the account KYC is inconsistent on the two exchange platforms.
>Quick solution: Please select and fill in the account address of other exchanges with the same name as that of HashKey Global during KYC, and make sure that the other exchange is on the list of withdrawal exchanges supported by HashKey Global (see 1.1-"Which exchanges do we currently support withdrawals to?” above for details. )
4) The selected exchange and the filled-in address are correct and have the same name, but the certificate or information retained when you registered at Hashkey Global may be inconsistent with that of the other exchange, resulting in inconsistency between your KYC name or birthday information on both exchanges.
>Quick Solution:
-
You can update it through Client → Personal Information → Identity Verification → Individual Verification → [Update];
*For details on KYC information update, please refer to How to update KYC information?
-
You can update your personal information by clicking [Withdrawal Information Check] → [Update Documents];
-
If you confirm that the information stored in HashKey Global is correct, you will need to contact the other exchange as soon as possible to update the KYC name and birthday stored there to be consistent with those of HashKey Global.
