KYC Tips for Dutch Users

  1. Proof of Identity

Supported document types
Passport
ID card
 
Supported document requirements
  1. The passport/ID and the photo on it must be your own, with clear facial features and outlines, without any tampering.
  2. The passport/ID must be an original photo (still image) or a color-scanned version (not a screenshot or a photo uploaded from a social network), no editing allowed.
  3. Both sides of the ID card should be uploaded, with the national emblem on the front side and the encoded information on the back side.
  4. The passport/ID will not expire in the next 3 months.
  5. The text content on the document must be clearly visible, including the full name, date of birth, nationality, document number, barcode, validity period data, machine readable zone (MRZ) and other important information.
  6. All corners of the document should be visible, no foreign objects or graphic elements, no scratches, stains, tears, reflective spots or foreign objects, and no software has been used to edit or convert to PDF.

Supported document requirements
  1. The passport and the photo on it must be your own, with clear facial features and outlines, without any tampering.
  2. The passport must be an original photo (still image) or a color-scanned version (not a screenshot or a photo uploaded from a social network), no editing allowed.
  3. The passport will not expire in the next 3 months.

  1. 護照/身分證必須為未經任何篡改的本人護照，護照上的人臉照片必須為本人，並且有清楚的五官和輪廓
