Rules for 100% Fee Sharing Referral Rewards

  1. During the campaign period, you will be rewarded with 100% of the commission incurred by the invited client on perpetual futures trades (Non-API transactions). The Perpetual Futures Fee Rebate will be distributed in HSK and in the T+1 method.
  2. The daily commission reward limit for a single client from all invitees is 50,000 HSK. The rebate reward for invited clients will be calculated after the invitee completes identity verification.
  3. Perpetual Futures Fee Rebate is limited to Individual Clients and Corporate Clients (including Companies and Institutions) who are eligible to receive rebates on contract transactions, while other account types are not eligible to receive perpetual futures fee rebate. The calculation of rebate rewards includes the trading contribution of individual clients and sub-accounts.

  1. Participants must achieve the target number of acquiring new valid clients and complete identity verification of the accounts within the statistical period after registering for the event to be eligible for the corresponding rewards.

  2. Criteria for Valid New Clients (Invitees):
    1. Users will be classified as Valid New Clients upon completing their first trade in any amount.
    2. The first reward calculation period will calculate historically valid new clients, and subsequent calculation periods will only calculate data within the current reward calculation period.

  3. HSK rewards for the month will only be given to primary inviter. Calculation of total valid new clients = valid clients invited by primary inviter 

  4. Explanation of secondary commission policy:
    1. When User A invites User B, and User B successfully recruits more than 5 new people, the invitees of User B automatically become second-level invitees of User A.
    2. Scenarios: User A invites User B, who then invites User C. When User C completes a transaction, User B receives the corresponding commission, and User A receives the corresponding secondary commission.

  5. Registration Time and Reward Calculation Period:
    1. If a user successfully registers before the 15th of the month (UTC+0), the reward calculation period will be from the 1st to the end of that month.
    2. If a user successfully registers on or after the 15th of the month (UTC+0), the calculation period will be from the 15th of the current month to 23:59 on the 14th of the following month (UTC+0).
    3. Starting from from 1st June,  calculation period for new register clients and calculation cycle for existing client ,will transit to natural month ( 1st to end of the month).

  6. The commission rewards for the campaign will be distributed within seven business days after the completion of the task period. If suspicious data is detected during the audit process, the distribution of rewards may be delayed.

  7. For HSK rewards earned through participation in this campaign prior to the HSK launch, 30% will be unlocked on the 10th of the month after the launch. Subsequently, 10% will be unlocked each month until all HSK rewards from the campaign are fully unlocked.

  8. For HSK rewards earned through participation in this campaign after the HSK launch, 30% will be unlocked on the 10th of the month following receipt of the rewards. Subsequently, 10% will be unlocked each month until all HSK rewards from the campaign are fully unlocked.

  9. New listing Airdrop Explanation: Inviter who meet the new listing airdrop quota will receive the corresponding quota airdrop after the new listing. Please note that the availability of new coin airdrops depends on the agreement between the HashKey and the corresponding project party. Rewards are not guaranteed for each new listing project.

  10. Participants must adhere to all rules and guidelines. Any behavior that does not comply with the rules or affects the experience of other clients (as solely determined by HashKey Global) will result in the cancellation of participation eligibility and the revocation of all rewards obtained during the campaign period.

    The following behaviors will result in the cancellation of participation eligibility and the termination of commissions, including but not limited to:
    1. Using social media accounts similar to those of HashKey Global to invite users, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, WeChat Official Accounts, Weibo, etc.
    2. Inviting users while posing as an official representative of HashKey Global.
    3. Using multiple accounts for self-invitation.

  11. By participating in any of the campaigns, you hereby confirm that you have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to abide by the rules and terms, as well as the accompanying disclaimers and risk warnings associated with the respective campaign.

  12. This campaign is not targeted at any specific country and explicitly excludes, but is not limited to, the United States, Mainland China, and Hong Kong. 「Referral rules」
  1. The referral program is available to both Individual and Entity clients(Corporate and Institution). Other account types are not eligible to receive commission. Commission calculations will consider the transactions of Individual Clients and Sub-accounts;
  2. The commission is available for 12 months following the registration of each referred client, with no cap on the potential earnings. The more active traders you introduce to our platform, the greater your commissions;
  3. The inviter can receive a reward equivalent to a certain percentage of the transaction fees actually contributed by the invited friend, issued in HSK;
  4. Rewards are distributed on a T+1 basis, ensuring that commissions are calculated only for accounts in good standing. Should there be any delay in receiving your rewards beyond 48 hours of eligibility, please contact our customer support for assistance;
  5. Commission earnings upon the referrer's completion of Identity Verification and are based on the net fees from the actual orders executed by the referred clients, converted into USDT, and then into HSK. The conversion rules for HSK may vary based on market conditions, with the final rewards subject to the "Referral"—"Details of Commission" page accessible after logging in;
  6. Invitation rewards are validated when both the referrer and the referred clients fulfill the requisite conditions under their HashKey account;
  7. Your referral rewards can be reviewed in the "Referral" and "My Invitation" sections, with details of your commission earnings available under "My Account" – "My HSK";
  8. Commission rewards are precise to two decimal places. Daily contributions from a single client amounting to less than 0.01 HSK are excluded from the reward calculation, and the respective invitation record will not be displayed;
  9. The HSK reward of the Referral program you received was allocated from the Ecosystem Growth Pool;
  10. If HSK is unable to launch as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, rewards will be delayed or canceled if a launch proves impossible. In special cases, HashKey Global will prepare relevant compensation plans.
  11. API related rebate is set at 30% temporarily.
 
Terms & Conditions
  1. Each new HashKey Global user can only be referred once. With reference to our internal records, only the referrer whose referrer’s HashKey Global invitation code in the first successful referral will be used to determine the eligibility to this programme. Such determination is subject to HashKey Global’s system records;

Participants undertake that they will comply with all relevant requirements of any applicable laws and regulations related to the HashKey Global referral program and API usage. This Undertaking is in addition to, and does not relieve, remove, or replace, participants’ obligations under any applicable laws and regulations.
 
  • Referral Eligibility
Each new HashKey Global user can only be referred once.   • Disqualification and Investigation

Participants shall maintain strict confidentiality of all Confidential Information, disclosing it only to representatives with a need to know and bound by similar restrictions. Participants will protect this information with the same care used for their own sensitive data, exercising no less than reasonable care. HashKey Global must be promptly notified of any unauthorized disclosure or loss. Participants are responsible for their representatives' compliance.
"Confidential Information" includes all non-public information disclosed by HashKey Global, or obtained by participants, concerning HashKey Global or its affiliates' business. This includes information related to this Undertaking, offerings, legal matters, client lists, trading data, and third-party relationships. It excludes information: (a) publicly available without breach; (b) previously known without obligation; (c) received without restrictions; (d) independently developed; or (e) approved for release by HashKey Global.
If disclosure is required by order, participants shall promptly notify HashKey Global and assist in obtaining protection.
 
  • Indemnity
Participants agree to hold HashKey Global harmless and indemnify it against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or in connection with any acts of negligence, misconduct, or fault by participants, including but not limited to any unauthorized use of Client Identifiable Data obtained through this program. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of this Undertaking.
 
  • Acknowledgment of Licensed Status
Participants acknowledge that HashKey Global is a licensed institution under relevant regulatory authorities. Participants undertake that they will not hold themselves out as soliciting users on behalf of HashKey Global in jurisdictions where such acts are prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.
 
  • Applicability with API User Terms
Participants acknowledge and agree that the provisions of this Undertaking shall run in parallel with the API User Terms entered into by participants and HashKey Global (if applicable). In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Undertaking and the aforementioned API User Terms, the terms favoring HashKey Global shall prevail and govern the interpretation and enforcement of the respective obligations of the parties.
 
  • Program Changes

Event Rules
  1. During the event period, if your invited friends trade a total of ≥500 USDT in futures within 14 days of registration, you will earn up to 50 USDT in futures Trial funds for each friend. The more friends you invite, the more you can earn.
  2. Futures Trial funds will be distributed on T+1 day. Futures Trial Fund can be used as principal, margin, transaction fees, funding fees, losses, and other costs for futures trading. When offsetting related costs, the platform will prioritize the use of Futures Trial Fund for offsetting.
  3. You can view your invitation details on the "Referral" — "Referral History" page. After receiving the reward, you can check your futures Trial funds reward on the "My Account" — "My Trial Funds" page.
  4. The maximum daily reward for a single user is 50000 USDT. Rewards will start to be calculated after the inviter completes identity verification. The number of event rewards is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
