Announcement on Using HSK for Trading Fee Deduction

Dear HashKey Global Customer,

Thank you for your support. We launched the HSK deduction service fee function on December 20, 2024. You can use the HSK you have earned to deduct the fee during spot trading, and you can enjoy a 5% discount on the fee. The specific rules are as follows:

1.You can enable it on the VIP Level page. The deduction scope is spot trading, and all spot trading pairs support the use of HSK to deduct transaction fees. The deduction does not apply to fees incurred by other businesses or scenarios such as deposit and withdrawal fees. HSK needs to be transferred to the trading account. HSK cannot be deducted when it is in the funding account and futures account. The registration and transaction information is subject to the records of HashKey Global. This function needs to be enabled manually.

2.HSK deduction is not supported for pending orders before the launch of the HSK deduction function. Only pending orders that are traded after the new function is launched and the HSK fee deduction function has been enabled will automatically execute the HSK fee deduction when the transaction is completed.

3.HSK is subject to the relevant unlocking period arrangement. You can only use the unlocked HSK in your current trading account to deduct the handling fee. Your current available HSK holdings can be viewed on the HSK page.

4.Unlocked HSK support transfer between main account and sub-accounts. Main and sub accounts cannot directly use all HSK in a shared way. If your account has a main-sub-account structure, you need to transfer HSK to the corresponding parent/sub-account before you can deduct trading fees when trading with this account.

5.If the handling fee is negative, such as a negative maker order of a VIP high-level user, HSK cannot be used to deduct the handling fee. Currently, you can enjoy a 5% discount on the fee by enabling HSK to deduct the handling fee. HashKey Global has the right to adjust the HSK handling fee discount according to market conditions in the future.

6.The amount of HSK deduction of handling fees is calculated based on the real-time price of HSK. If the real-time price of HSK cannot be obtained under special circumstances, the function of HSK deduction of handling fees will be suspended.

FAQs - Zero Fees for Futures Trading Event

Q1. Which tokens can we trade in futures with zero fees?

HashKey Global’s zero-fee promotion applies to ALL futures trading pairs (non-API) available on HashKey Global.

Q2. Is there a maximum or minimum futures trading volume requirement for this event?

There is no limit. The zero-fee applies regardless of your futures trading volume. The more you trade, the more you save, as zero fees apply regardless of the size of your futures trades.

Q3. Is the funding fee waived?

While both taker and maker fees are waived for the duration of the promotion, the funding fee is not waived.

The funding fee is a regular part of futures trading, intended to maintain balance between long and short positions,

and will continue to apply as usual.

Q4. Does the zero-fee cover both opening and closing futures positions?

Yes, the zero-fee applies to both opening and closing of futures positions. You won’t be charged any fees at any stage of the trade, from entry to exit, for the duration of the event.

Q5. Is futures trading really fee-free? Are there any hidden charges or fees deducted from the margin?

Yes, futures trading is completely fee-free during this promotion. There are no hidden charges, deductions from your margin, or any other fees in any form. Every futures trade executed during the promotion is genuinely zero-fee.

Q6. When does this event end?

Latest Update: CATI Trading Issue and Compensation Plan

Following the recent CATI trading disruption, our IT team responded immediately to resolve the issue, and our service is now fully restored and stable. We would like to provide a detailed explanation of the incident and the steps we are taking to compensate for any inconvenience caused.

What Happened

The cause of this incident was the sudden surge in traffic due to the listing of CATI, which led to server lag and delays, preventing users from accessing their accounts or executing trades. The disruption lasted for about 15 minutes, after which trading services gradually and quickly resumed.

Our Response

Immediate Actions: Our team quickly identified the issue and restored service. The platform is now stable and we will continue to monitor it closely to ensure it operates normally.
Future Improvements: We are conducting a thorough review of our infrastructure and implementing significant upgrades to improve system capacity and reliability. These changes will help us better manage high-traffic events like token launches and provide a smoother experience for our users.

Compensation Plan

To ensure fairness and transparency, we will be compensating users who pre-deposited CATI into HashKey Global before the listing:

Eligibility: A snapshot of user accounts was captured at 10:00 UTC on September 20, 2024, at the time of the CATI listing. Users with CATI in their HashKey Global accounts at the time of the snapshot will be eligible for compensation.
Compensation Amount: Eligible users will receive compensation in USDT, equivalent to 5% of their CATI holdings (the value is based on the price fluctuation range of CATI in the market during the system freeze), calculated at a rate of 1 USDT per CATI.

What conditions must projects meet to be approved by licensed digital asset exchanges?

In addition to the information provided in the application form, licensed digital asset exchanges will require projects to fulfill certain conditions. These include undergoing a security audit, obtaining legal opinions, demonstrating access to Anti-Money Laundering control such as Know Your Transaction ("KYT"), and addressing other relevant matters.

What are the methods available for listing project tokens on HashKey Global?

In addition to direct listing, HashKey Global offers various compliant products, including LaunchPad (for token sales and listing), LaunchPool (for initial coin mining and listing), and other listing activities.

What needs to be done after the project goes live?

We hope to receive continuous and stable progress updates from the project, especially significant technical updates that will affect token deposits and withdrawals. Launch pool FAQ

1. Who can participate in HashKey Launchpool projects?
Eligible HashKey users can participate in Launchpool projects. Participation requirements include compliance with the platform’s KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures and not being located in restricted countries or regions. Additionally, different projects may have additional eligibility requirements.

2.How to participate in HashKey Launchpool?
You can simply go to the Launchpool homepage and click on 'Lock to Earn Coins' in the relevant project to participate. Once successfully registered, you can proceed with locking for the respective project.

3.How is my yield calculated?

Your yield depends on the number of tokens you've staked to each pool in proportion to the total number of tokens staked to each pool by the respective participants. HashKey takes hourly snapshots of user holdings and the total holdings in the mining pool to calculate users' staking assets for mining rewards. Once staked, your hourly yield will be automatically calculated.

Let’s assume that you’ve staked token α to earn a new token β:
Your hourly yield for β = (the amount of α you’ve staked to the α pool / total number of α staked to the α pool by the all participants) * hourly β prize pool

Calculations for your yield will start on the next day (T+1) after you’ve staked tokens. Please note that no yield will be generated from the moment you unstake your staked tokens, and your yield will be updated every hour.

The yield you earned will be deposited into your Custody Account every 24 hours after the Launchpool starts.

Your last yield and staked tokens will be automatically credited to your Custody Account one hour after the event ends. Please note that there may be delays in the depositing of yields earned. Additionally, some Launchpool yield will be distributed uniformly after the event ends. Please refer to the information on the Launchpool event page you are participating in.

4.When can I redeem tokens I've locked?
Your locked tokens can be redeemed anytime. They will be automatically credited to your Custody Account immediately once redeem. To redeem, please head to the order records on the Launchpool page.

Please note that for some Launchpools, the locked tokens can only be unlocked after the launchpool ends. Please refer to the information on the Launchpool event page you are participating in.

5.Can I compound my yield?
Compound interest calculations are not currently supported. Your daily earnings will not be automatically reinvested to generate additional earnings. You must manually lock new assets in HashKey Launchpool.

6.What is the effective locking amount?

7.How to participate in the "Refer a Friend" activity to earn rewards?
During the new Launchpool event, you can generate your exclusive invitation link/invitation code by clicking on Share. Friends who register and participate in the Launchpool project using your invitation link/code during the event period will be considered as successfully referred friends for the new Launchpool event.Each successfully referred friend can bring you additional rewards at the end of the Launchpool event! The rewards will be airdropped to your Custody Account after the end of the Launchpool event and you can claim them through your Custody Account.
