    Before the single day trading volume ≤ 100,000 USDT，you will earn 0.9 HSK reward for every trading volume of 1,000 USDT，with a daily hardcap of 90 HSK per person and limit of the first 3,000 people per day. First come, first served.
    ②Sprint Reward of the Week：
    After the single day trading volume > 100,000 USDT，you will earn 0.9 HSK reward for every trading volume of 1,000 USDT，with a daily hardcap of 300 HSK per person. The daily prize pool is 160,000 HSK per day, first come first served.
    Campaigns will only count the first 60 orders placed per client per day.
     
    The new rules mean that more customers will have a chance to get the base 90 HSK reward ，
    and the maximum daily HSK earned by a single customer, instead of 300 HSK, will be 390 HSK

    Notice on the Adjustment of Rules for Genesis Trading Competition(Trade-To-Earn)
    Dear HashKey Global Users /Clients,
     
    Thanks for the support of our vast user base, the progress of the first phase of the Genesis Trading Competition (Trade-To-Earn) has been extremely robust, with the HSK reward pool being fully utilized for three consecutive days.
     
    To ensure more users participate in the event and enjoy the HSK rewards, we have made the following adjustments to the competition rules:
     
    Effective from April 29th, for the competition (Trade-To-Earn), the original rule "Campaign will only count the first 100 orders placed per user per day" will be modified to "Campaign will only count the first 60 orders placed per user per day".
     
    Effective from May 6th, for the competition ((Trade-To-Earn)), the original rule "The daily HSK reward limit per user is 500 HSK" will be modified to "The daily HSK reward limit per user is 300 HSK".

    Terms and Conditions of HashKey Global Promotional Campaigns
    1. These Terms and Conditions apply to promotional campaigns offered by HashKey Global, a virtual asset trading platform operated by HashKey Bermuda Limited ("Company”) under a Class F licence granted by the Bermuda Monetary Authority under the Digital Asset Business Act 2018.
    2. By participating in any HashKey Global promotional campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules published on HashKey Global's officially designated communication channels. Participants must read and expressly acknowledge all applicable terms.
    3. Promotional campaigns allow eligible participants to earn rewards ("Rewards") for completing specified tasks, such as account registration. HashKey Global may also distribute special promotional codes for claiming extra Rewards.
    4. Campaign duration is limited to specified time periods as published on HashKey Global's official communication channels.
    5. HashKey Global may cancel or forfeit Rewards at its discretion, such as for failure to timely claim Rewards or comply with applicable rules. HashKey Global reserves the right to modify Rewards due to unforeseen circumstances outside its control. Rewards are also subject to availability based on local laws and regulations.
    6. HashKey Global may in its sole discretion at any time amend the campaign rules or disqualify participants for violation of Terms and Conditions or unfair advantage, at any time without notice.
    7. Rewards may not be used for any illegal activities. HashKey Global may cancel Rewards suspected of unlawful use.
    8. HashKey Global reserves the right to disqualify participants for fraud, multiple accounts, automation, or other unfair advantages.
    9. HashKey Global's decisions regarding campaign eligibility, Rewards, and other matters are final and binding. HashKey Global has no obligation to review or reconsider any decision.
    10. By participating in this campaign, you agree that we may collect, retain, process, and disclose your personal data that you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the collection, retention, processing, or disclosure of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, please do not participate in a campaign.
    11. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold, unless otherwise stated.
    12. HashKey Global disclaims any warranties and liability regarding Reward redemption and use, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashKey Global, its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in a campiagn, including but not limited to any loss of funds, profits, data, or reputation.
    14. In order to comply with local regulations, certain features or Rewards may not be available in your region.Participants are solely responsible for any taxes related to Rewards.
    15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hong Kong law. Any disputes will be subject to Hong Kong courts.
    16. Risk Warning About HSK: Please be aware that HSK is now listed and available for trading on HashKey Global and several other exchanges. However, it may still be subject to various trading restrictions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These restrictions may include limiting HSK trading solely to eligible professional investors in select locations and subject to regulatory approval. There is also no guarantee of the continued listing status of HSK on any exchange. The trading of HSK may be suspended and HSK may be delisted due to reasons beyond HashKey Global and its affiliates’ control. The value of HSK remains subject to substantial risk and may diminish or fluctuate significantly in response to various market conditions and other factors beyond HashKey Global and its affiliates’ control. HashKey Global and its affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, in relation to HSK or any rewards and disclaim any liability relating thereto.
    17. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
