Your Step-by-Step Guide to Join HashKey HSK Mega Launchpool
Step 1: Registration & KYC

Deposit HSK
Navigate to “Deposit”, select HSK as the asset and ERC20 as the network. Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code provided.Depositing from Your Personal Wallet:
Complete the transfer to the provided address.
After depositing, check the Recent Deposit Records at the bottom of the deposit page. Alternatively, click View All to go to Custody Account → Account Records to view your deposit status.
If you have deposited from the same source address before, your status will show as Deposited.
If using a new address, the status will show Pending Address Verification. Please follow on-screen prompts for Address Verification (self-declaration and KYC name matching) or contact our support team.
Depositing from Other Exchanges:
Deposits from accepted third-party exchanges (see list below) will be automatically credited if the KYC information matches that of your HashKey Global account.
If the KYC information is inconsistent (e.g., incomplete names or special characters), the deposit will show as “Pending Address Verification.” Follow the instructions on the page to verify your KYC name. Please follow on-screen prompts for Address Verification (self-declaration and KYC name matching) or contact our support team.

Launch pool FAQ
1. Who can participate in HashKey Launchpool projects?
Eligible HashKey users can participate in Launchpool projects. Participation requirements include compliance with the platform’s KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures and not being located in restricted countries or regions. Additionally, different projects may have additional eligibility requirements.
2.How to participate in HashKey Launchpool?
You can simply go to the Launchpool homepage and click on 'Lock to Earn Coins' in the relevant project to participate. Once successfully registered, you can proceed with locking for the respective project.
3.How is my yield calculated?
Your yield depends on the number of tokens you've staked to each pool in proportion to the total number of tokens staked to each pool by the respective participants. HashKey takes hourly snapshots of user holdings and the total holdings in the mining pool to calculate users' staking assets for mining rewards. Once staked, your hourly yield will be automatically calculated.
Let’s assume that you’ve staked token α to earn a new token β:
Your hourly yield for β = (the amount of α you’ve staked to the α pool / total number of α staked to the α pool by the all participants) * hourly β prize poolCalculations for your yield will start on the next day (T+1) after you’ve staked tokens. Please note that no yield will be generated from the moment you unstake your staked tokens, and your yield will be updated every hour.
The yield you earned will be deposited into your Custody Account every 24 hours after the Launchpool starts.
Your last yield and staked tokens will be automatically credited to your Custody Account one hour after the event ends. Please note that there may be delays in the depositing of yields earned. Additionally, some Launchpool yield will be distributed uniformly after the event ends. Please refer to the information on the Launchpool event page you are participating in.
4.When can I redeem tokens I've locked?
Your locked tokens can be redeemed anytime. They will be automatically credited to your Custody Account immediately once redeem. To redeem, please head to the order records on the Launchpool page.Please note that for some Launchpools, the locked tokens can only be unlocked after the launchpool ends. Please refer to the information on the Launchpool event page you are participating in.
5.Can I compound my yield?
Compound interest calculations are not currently supported. Your daily earnings will not be automatically reinvested to generate additional earnings. You must manually lock new assets in HashKey Launchpool.
6.What is the effective locking amount?
The effective locking amount refers to the amount of token you've locked and are currently being calculated for yield. Assuming that you’ve locked 100 USDT at 10:00 AM (UTC) on May 10, 2024, your effective locking amount will be updated to 100 USDT at 12:00 AM (UTC) on May 10, 2024.
7.How to participate in the "Refer a Friend" activity to earn rewards?
During the new Launchpool event, you can generate your exclusive invitation link/invitation code by clicking on Share. Friends who register and participate in the Launchpool project using your invitation link/code during the event period will be considered as successfully referred friends for the new Launchpool event.Each successfully referred friend can bring you additional rewards at the end of the Launchpool event! The rewards will be airdropped to your Custody Account after the end of the Launchpool event and you can claim them through your Custody Account. Please refer to the details on the Launchpool page for the breakdown of rewards.As the inviter, you also need to participate in the Launchpool event.
8. Are there any fees associated with HashKey Launchpool?
Participating in the HashKey Launchpool generally does not require additional operation fees.However, users may need to pay network fees for transactions such as deposits and withdrawals, which are determined by the respective blockchain network and are not charged by us.
9. What are the consequences of withdrawing funds early?
If a user chooses to withdraw funds before the end of the lock-up period, they may face certain consequences, such as reduced earnings.Specific terms will be detailed in the participation agreement, and it is advised that users read these regulations carefully before participating.
10. How is the security of HashKey Launchpool ensured?We protect user assets and data security through multiple layers of security measures, including but not limited tothe use of industry-standard encryption technologies, regular security audits and penetration testing, and the implementation of strict internal control measures and operational protocols.
11. Are there any investment limits?
Yes, each Launchpool project may have different investment caps and floors to ensure fairness and prevent market manipulation.Specific investment limits will be announced before the project starts.
12. Which countries or regions are excluded from participating in HashKey Launchpool?
HashKey Global does not provide services to users from Hong Kong, the United States, Mainland China, and certain other jurisdictions,in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Some services, features, and activities may be unavailable in your jurisdiction.
13. How does HashKey Launchpool manage regulatory and compliance issues?
HashKey Global Launchpool operates under a Class F license issued by the Bermuda Monetary Authority, addressing regulatory and compliance issues.This allows HashKey Global to conduct rigorous due diligence and token listing processes, ensuring adherence to Bermuda laws and other applicable regulations.The platform maintains high compliance standards to protect information confidentiality and manage disclosures properly,sharing information with professional advisors and service providers only when legally required or necessary for business operations.This comprehensive approach helps preserve the platform's reputation and ensures a secure trading environment for clients.
14. What are the risks of participating in HashKey Launchpool?
Participation in HashKey Global's activities does not guarantee that you will qualify, be accepted, or receive any rewards, benefits, or incentives.Furthermore, any rewards, benefits, or incentives received cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. HashKey Global reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel activities or participant eligibility at any time due to internal control, system issues, or other unforeseeable circumstances without prior notice and without liability. Digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, are highly volatile and subject to market risks. This means that the value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly, with no guarantee of profit or capital preservation. Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to the acquisition, holding, use, or trading of digital assets. You need to ensure that you are legally participating in the activity within your jurisdiction and meet any required legal and regulatory obligations. Activities are also subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to them, and persons who are not parties to these terms and conditions have no right to enforce any of their provisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HashKey Global and its affiliates, partners, and employees are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participant's involvement in the activities, including but not limited to any loss of funds, profits, business, potential profits, data, or reputation.
15. What is a Launchpool and how does it operate?
HashKey Launchpool supports users in earning new tokens by locking up their personal crypto assets.Users can lock tokens such as USDT and ETH to receive free new token rewards.
16. What is the minimum token lock-up requirement for Launchpool?
Each Launchpool project has different minimum lock-up requirements.Users can view the specific lock-up requirements on the announcement page to ensure they are eligible to participate.
17. Do different pools offer different airdrops?
Yes, different pools may distribute different airdrop rewards based on the type, amount, and nature of the tokens locked.Users should carefully read each pool's terms to understand the specific reward mechanisms and airdrop methods.
18. Can I lock tokens held in other products in the Launchpool projects?
Only tokens deposited in specific pools can be used to participate in Launchpool projects.Tokens held in other products or positions cannot be directly used for Launchpool projects unless specifically allowed by the platform.
19. When will Launchpool tokens be listed on the HashKey platform?
The timing of token listings may vary based on the project and market conditions, with specifics typically announced in advance.
20. Can sub-accounts and corporate accounts participate in Launchpool projects?
Sub-accounts and corporate accounts are not eligible to participate.
21. What happens if I do not claim my accumulated airdropped tokens?
Airdropped tokens are automatically distributed; user intervention is not required to receive them.If the user does not actively redeem their staked assets, they will be automatically returned to the user's account one hour after the event concludes.
22. I have staked USDT or other tokens but did not receive any rewards. Why?
If no rewards have been allocated, possible reasons include:
--The user did not meet the minimum staking requirements.
--The duration or amount of the stake did not meet the project's minimum criteria.
It is recommended that users review the project terms or contact the support team for specific details.
