1. After the user submits the registration information and completes the identity verification within the campaign period, the user will be deemed to be eligible for the reward.

1. The referral program is available to both Individual and Entity clients(Corporate and Institution). Other account types are not eligible to receive commission. Commission calculations will consider the transactions of Individual Clients and Sub-accounts;
2. The commission is available for 12 months following the registration of each referred client, with no cap on the potential earnings. The more active traders you introduce to our platform, the greater your commissions;
3. The inviter can receive a reward equivalent to a certain percentage of the transaction fees actually contributed by the invited friend, issued in HSK;
4. Rewards are distributed on a T+1 basis, ensuring that commissions are calculated only for accounts in good standing. Should there be any delay in receiving your rewards beyond 48 hours of eligibility, please contact our customer support for assistance;
5. Commission earnings upon the referrer's completion of Identity Verification and are based on the net fees from the actual orders executed by the referred clients, converted into USDT, and then into HSK. The conversion rules for HSK may vary based on market conditions, with the final rewards subject to the "Referral"—"Details of Commission" page accessible after logging in;
6. Invitation rewards are validated when both the referrer and the referred clients fulfill the requisite conditions under their HashKey account;
7. Your referral rewards can be reviewed in the "Referral" and "My Invitation" sections, with details of your commission earnings available under "My Account" – "My HSK";
8. Commission rewards are precise to two decimal places. Daily contributions from a single client amounting to less than 0.01 HSK are excluded from the reward calculation, and the respective invitation record will not be displayed;
9. The HSK reward of the Referral program you received was allocated from the Ecosystem Growth Pool;
10. If HSK is unable to launch as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, rewards will be delayed or canceled if a launch proves impossible. In special cases, HashKey Global will prepare relevant compensation plans.
11. API related rebate is set at 30% temporarily.

1. Each new HashKey Global user can only be referred once. With reference to our internal records, only the referrer whose referrer’s HashKey Global invitation code in the first successful referral will be used to determine the eligibility to this programme. Such determination is subject to HashKey Global’s system records;
2. HashKey Global reserves the right to disqualify clients from participating in the programme and revoke any reward from clients who engage in fraudulent or abusive activities to earn referral rewards, and to request further information to conduct related investigations, such as fraudulent registration, forging identity verification information, and any other activity associated with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
3. HashKey Global may delay the distribution of rewards under this programme due to internal control, system issues or other special circumstances. If you have any questions, please contact customer service, and we will actively follow up on the situation;
4. HashKey Global has the right to suspend, freeze, and seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or HashKey Global's terms of service;

6. To comply with local regulations, certain features, services and this activity may be restricted or unavailable in your region, including but not limited to Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Iran, North Korea, Luhansk, Syria, Malta, the United States, mainland China and Hong Kong;
7. By participating in the program, the user confirms and represents that he/she is not, alone or together with any other person, engaged in any conduct or activity which may constitute any criminal, civil or regulatory breaches or offences under any anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, fraud or other general criminal laws, codes or regulations, including, without limitation, bribery (including receiving, accepting, offering, giving, soliciting, inducing or inciting any person to receive or give, any forms of unauthorised advantages, rewards, benefits or inducements), improper influence of any agents, or dishonesty or fraud against any principals;
8. Hashkey Global reserves the right to make changes, modify, or cancel the campaign/program or the eligibility of any participant at any time at its sole discretion, including due to internal control, system issues or other circumstances, without any prior notice or liability;
9. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashKey Global, its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the campaign/program, including but not limited to any loss of funds, profits, data, or reputation. HashKey Global reserves the ultimate discretion regarding the rules and rewards of the campaign/program;
10. Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to the acquisition, possession, use, or trading of digital assets. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in the program is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you meet any required legal and regulatory obligations.
