    HashKey Global Referral program undertaking terms
    If you would like to participate in our HashKey Referral Pro Program, you must be able to provide the following express undertaking to us.
    Express Undertaking by participants of HashKey Referral Pro Program
    • Compliance with Laws
    Participants undertake that they will comply with all relevant requirements of any applicable laws and regulations related to the HashKey Global referral program and API usage. This Undertaking is in addition to, and does not relieve, remove, or replace, participants’ obligations under any applicable laws and regulations.
     
    • Referral Eligibility
    Each new HashKey Global user can only be referred once. With reference to our internal records, only the referrer whose HashKey Global invitation code is used in the first successful referral will be used to determine eligibility for this program. Such determination is subject to HashKey Global’s system records.
     
    • Disqualification and Investigation
    HashKey Global reserves the right to disqualify clients from participating in the program and revoke any rewards from clients who engage in fraudulent or abusive activities to earn referral rewards. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent registration, forging identity verification information, and any other activities associated with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. HashKey Global may request further information to conduct related investigations.
     
    • Reward Distribution
    The distribution of rewards under this program may be delayed due to internal control measures, system issues, or other special circumstances. If you have any questions, please contact customer service, and we will actively follow up on the situation.
     
    • Account Actions
    HashKey Global reserves the right to suspend, freeze, and seal user accounts and assets within the accounts in accordance with applicable laws or HashKey Global’s terms of service.
     
    • Regional Restrictions
    To comply with local regulations, certain features, services, and activities may be restricted or unavailable in specific regions, including but not limited to Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Iran, North Korea, Luhansk, Syria, Malta, the United States, mainland China, and Hong Kong.
     
    • Compliance and Conduct
    By participating in the program, the user confirms and represents that they are not, alone or together with any other person, engaged in any conduct or activity which may constitute any criminal, civil, or regulatory breaches or offences under any anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, fraud, or other general criminal laws, codes, or regulations. This includes, without limitation, bribery (including receiving, accepting, offering, giving, soliciting, inducing, or inciting any person to receive or give any forms of unauthorized advantages, rewards, benefits, or inducements), improper influence of any agents, or dishonesty or fraud against any principals.
     
    • Use of Information and Confidentiality
    Participants agree that all client-identifiable data ("Client Data") obtained through the HashKey Global referral program will be used solely to verify referral incentives. This data will not be used personally or disclosed except to those with a legitimate need for verification. Written consent from HashKey Global is required for any third-party disclosure.
    Participants shall maintain strict confidentiality of all Confidential Information, disclosing it only to representatives with a need to know and bound by similar restrictions. Participants will protect this information with the same care used for their own sensitive data, exercising no less than reasonable care. HashKey Global must be promptly notified of any unauthorized disclosure or loss. Participants are responsible for their representatives' compliance.
    "Confidential Information" includes all non-public information disclosed by HashKey Global, or obtained by participants, concerning HashKey Global or its affiliates' business. This includes information related to this Undertaking, offerings, legal matters, client lists, trading data, and third-party relationships. It excludes information: (a) publicly available without breach; (b) previously known without obligation; (c) received without restrictions; (d) independently developed; or (e) approved for release by HashKey Global.
    If disclosure is required by order, participants shall promptly notify HashKey Global and assist in obtaining protection.
     
    • Indemnity
    Participants agree to hold HashKey Global harmless and indemnify it against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or in connection with any acts of negligence, misconduct, or fault by participants, including but not limited to any unauthorized use of Client Identifiable Data obtained through this program. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of this Undertaking.
     
    • Acknowledgment of Licensed Status
    Participants acknowledge that HashKey Global is a licensed institution under relevant regulatory authorities. Participants undertake that they will not hold themselves out as soliciting users on behalf of HashKey Global in jurisdictions where such acts are prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.
     
    • Applicability with API User Terms
    Participants acknowledge and agree that the provisions of this Undertaking shall run in parallel with the API User Terms entered into by participants and HashKey Global (if applicable). In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Undertaking and the aforementioned API User Terms, the terms favoring HashKey Global shall prevail and govern the interpretation and enforcement of the respective obligations of the parties.
     
    • Program Changes
    HashKey Global reserves the right to make changes, modify, or cancel the campaign/program or the eligibility of any participant at any time at its sole discretion, including due to internal control measures, system issues, or other circumstances, without any prior notice or liability.
     
    • Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashKey Global, its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the campaign/program. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of funds, profits, data, or reputation. HashKey Global reserves the ultimate discretion regarding the rules and rewards of the campaign/program.
     
    • Governing Law
    The terms of the HashKey Referral Pro Program (including any undertaking herein) is governed by and shall be construed and enforced under the laws of Hong Kong SAR without regard to any choice or conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Undertaking, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong.
    By participating in this HashKey Referral Pro Program, you must have read and acknowledge to providing the above express undertaking.

    Participation in this program does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, or receipt of any rewards, benefits, or incentives. HashKey Global may impose certain criteria, requirements, or limitations for participation, and it reserves the right to deny or disqualify individuals or entities from participating in the program. Hashkey Global reserves the right to make changes, modify, or cancel the program or the eligibility of any participant at any time at its sole discretion, including due to internal control, system issues or other circumstances, without any prior notice or liability.

    Participants do not represent HashKey Global and must not express opinions or make statements that explicitly or implicitly represent HashKey Global. Participants are strictly prohibited from creating or distributing content targeted at a specific regional audience and shall guarantee that any action taken as a referrer under the Referral Plus program complies with all applicable laws (including any applicable advertising, social media, and/or competition regulations as well as laws and regulations issued by government agencies) and the terms of HashKey Global's platform.

The content posted by participants must not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, trademark rights, or other rights. The content published by Participants must not contain false statements, misleading information, defamation, malicious slanders, as well as pornographic, obscene, illegal, offensive, or other inappropriate content. Participants have the right and authorize HashKey Global to reproduce their published content and guarantee that the content they publish complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    Participants agree not to use paid followers, bots, or other forms of technology to inflate their new user targets to satisfy requirements under the Referral Plus program.

    If Participants fail to comply with or violate the terms or obligations of this program, HashKey Global reserves the right to withhold any rewards payable and reserves the right to recover any rewards paid to Participants under this program prior to the event of default. Participants agree to indemnify, assist, and defend HashKey Global and its affiliates, directors, senior management, employees, agents, and assigns from and against any claims, lawsuits, losses, liabilities, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) or costs arising from its published content or violation of the terms of this program.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, HashKey Global, its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participant’s participation in the program, including but not limited to any loss of funds, profits, business, potential profits, data, or reputation. HashKey Global assumes no responsibility for any act of Participants that violates the terms of this program or local laws and regulations.

    Event Rules
    1. During the event period, if your invited friends trade a total of ≥500 USDT in futures within 14 days of registration, you will earn up to 50 USDT in futures Trial funds for each friend. The more friends you invite, the more you can earn.
    2. Futures Trial funds will be distributed on T+1 day. Futures Trial Fund can be used as principal, margin, transaction fees, funding fees, losses, and other costs for futures trading. When offsetting related costs, the platform will prioritize the use of Futures Trial Fund for offsetting.
    3. You can view your invitation details on the "Referral" — "Referral History" page. After receiving the reward, you can check your futures Trial funds reward on the "My Account" — "My Trial Funds" page.
    4. The maximum daily reward for a single user is 50000 USDT. Rewards will start to be calculated after the inviter completes identity verification. The number of event rewards is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    5. Invitation rewards are only available to individual and corporate customers (including companies and institutions) for futures Trial funds. Other account types are not eligible for rewards. Corporate customers cannot be invited.
