How do I verify deposits from third-party exchanges?
As a leading compliant digital exchange in the industry, HashKey Global requires ownership verification of your deposits from third-party exchanges in accordance with relevant policies and considerations for the security of your funds.
1) If your deposit comes from the third-party exchange, and the KYC information of the third-party exchange is consistent with the KYC information you used when registering with HashKey Global, your deposit will be automatically authenticated and credited to your account.-

2) If the KYC information of your third-party exchange is inconsistent with that of HashKey Global (such as the name has special characters, the name is incomplete, etc.), resulting in your deposit not being automatically authenticated successfully, your deposit status will be "Pending Address verification". In this case, you can go to the [Recent Deposit Records] section at the bottom of the deposit page, or you can click [View More] to go to [Custody Account] → [Account Records] to check.Then you need to verify your KYC name according to the instructions on the page to complete the deposit. Alternatively, you can initiate a refund. -

How do I withdraw digital assets from a third-party exchange to HashKey Global?
1.1 Obtain the deposit address for HashKey Global
1.1.1 After logging into your HashKey Global account, click on the "Deposit" button at the top right corner; or go to the "Assets" page at the top right corner, select "Custody Account" -> "Deposit".1.1.2 After entering the "Deposit" page, select the digital asset you wish to deposit and its corresponding network.1.1.3 Click on the "Copy" button or scan the QR code on the page to obtain the deposit address for HashKey Global.1.2 Perform Withdrawal on other Exchange:
1.2.1 Log in to your account on other exchange and proceed with the withdrawal operation.*Please note that the KYC name on your account at other exchange must match with the KYC name on HashKey Global.1.2.2 Select the withdrawal currency, withdrawal network, enter the withdrawal amount, and the withdrawal address (i.e., the deposit address for HashKey Global). Complete the withdrawal operation.Note: Ensure that your withdrawal amount, after deducting fees such as transaction fees and gas fees, is still greater than the minimum deposit amount required by HashKey Global.1.2.3 After the withdrawal is completed, wait for the corresponding number of block confirmations to be reached, and then wait for the funds to be credited.1.3 View deposit records
After completing the deposit transfer operation, your deposit records will be displayed in the "Recent Deposit Records" section below the deposit page, or you can also click on "View More" to go to "Custody Account" -> "Account Records" to view.*Note: If there are special characters in your name or if the verification fails, your deposit status will be "Pending Address verification". In this case, you need to verify your KYC name according to the instructions on the page to complete the deposit. Alternatively, you can initiate a refund. Your deposit will only be successfully verified and credited if the name of the sender matches the name on the KYC-verified documents.
