How to Deposit from a Personal Wallet?

    How do I deposit funds from my personal wallet to HashKey Global?
    2.1 After logging in to the HashKey Global account, enter the [assets] page on the upper right and select [Custody Account] -> [Deposit].

    2.2 After selecting the [Deposit] page, select the digital assets you want to deposit and the corresponding network.

    2.3 Click [Copy] or scan the QR code on the page to obtain the deposit target address for subsequent deposit and transfer operations.
     
    2.4 After the deposit transfer operation is completed, your deposit record will be displayed in the [Recent Deposit Records] section at the bottom of the deposit page, or you can click [View All] to go to [Custody Account] → [Account Records] to view it.

    2.5 If you have successfully deposited using this deposit source address before, your deposit status will be [Deposited]. If you use a new address to deposit, your deposit status at this time is "Pending Address Verification", and you need to complete the "Address Verification" operation according to the page prompts, that is, self-declaration, and verify your KYC name to complete the deposit. Or you can initiate a refund.Your deposit will only be successfully verified and credited if the name of the sender matches the name on the KYC-verified documents.

    How to whitelist deposit address and withdrawal address at one go (Personal Wallet)
     
    Deposit Guide 【Personal Wallet】Webpage version
    Step 1 : Login in to your account
    Step 2 : Select deposit

    Step 4 : Choose the source of deposit address【Personal Wallet】

    Step 5: Confirm deposit source address
    Step 6: Confirm deposit amount

    Step 7: Take note of additional fee to verify your address

    Step 8: Follow the Specify Deposit Amount and enter the same amount in your personal wallet.

    Then your personal wallet address will be added to Deposit Whitelist
    How to check the whitelist ?
    Go to Assets->Custody Account->White List Management

    The address is added to Deposit Whitelist.
     
    Then click the Add button to add the address to Withdrawal Whitelist

    Select I confirm that this is my personal address.

    Enter 2FA and click confirm

    Once it is done, you will see the address added to withdrawal whitelist.

    MetaMask Operation Guidelines

    How to deposit virtual assets into the HashKey Global using MetaMask?

    1. Installing MetaMask Wallet (If you've already installed, please skip this step.)

    Kindly remind that this installation tutorial is for reference only. Please visit the MetaMask official website https://metamask.io/ for all relevant information and installation instructions. Do not click on on irrelevant links to avoid damaging your asset security. Mnemonic words are very important. Please ensure that your mnemonic words are recorded and properly stored. If the mnemonic words are lost, the asset cannot be retrieved.

    1. Installation tutorial on PC

    Go to metamask.io \ Chrome Web Store or Firefox Plugin Store to download MetaMask：

    click on【Add to Chrome】；

    click on [Add exetension]；

    Select [Create new wallet].（If you already have a wallet, select [Import an Existing Wallet] and access your assets using mnemonic words or private keys, and you can skip the next steps.）；

    click on [Reveal Secret Recovery Phase] to see your mnemonic words and record it in a secure place.

    1. Installation tutorial on Mobile

    Download the MetaMask App using the App Store or Google Play.

    1. Confirm that you want to deposit your virtual assets on the HashKey Global.

        1) If there are corresponding wallet addresses for assets and networks, ensure that the account assets are sufficient to deposit.
        2) If there are no corresponding wallet addresses for assets and networks, please create relevant wallet addresses.

    1. Transfer Process on MetaMask Wallet

    1. Add deposit whitelist through signature authentication

    Select MetaMask for whitelisting the deposit addresses, click on [Connect MetaMask], so the system will display the wallet connection interface. Please confirm the wallet address that requires authentication, click on [Next], and then click on [Connect].
    （*Same process for whitelisting the withdrawal addresses）

    click on [Sign] after connecting；

    After completing security authentication, the address will be added to the whitelist. After that, you can select the address for deposit or withdrawal without having to perform a new authentication.

    1. Enter your HashKey Global deposit address into MetaMask (Please confirm the asset type and network again)

    Option 1: scan the QR code on the HashKey Global deposit page.
    click on the scanner button in the upper right corner and scan the QR code displayed on the HashKey Global deposit page. After that, check to see if the deposit address obtained after scanning matches the address on the page. If it matches, it means that the address was successfully obtained.

    Option 2: Copy and paste the deposit address from HashKey Global to MetaMask.
    Select the Crypto that matches the HashKey Global Deposit page → select 【 Send 】 → and enter the Deposit address copied from the HashKey Global Deposit page;
