    Supported document requirements
    1. The passport/ID and the photo on it must be your own, with clear facial features and outlines, without any tampering.
    2. The passport/ID must be an original photo (still image) or a color-scanned version (not a screenshot or a photo uploaded from a social network), no editing allowed.
    3. Both sides of the ID card should be uploaded, with the national emblem on the front side and the encoded information on the back side.
    4. The passport/ID will not expire in the next 3 months.
    5. The text content on the document must be clearly visible, including the full name, date of birth, nationality, document number, barcode, validity period data, machine readable zone (MRZ) and other important information.

    **华侨的地址证明不可以是不支持国家/地区的地址证明 (仅HashKey Global支持的国家，点击查看不支持国家)
    支持的文件类型
    1. 公用事业账单，如水电费、燃气费、固网电话、家庭宽带、有线电视月结单据
    2. 税务发票或政府发出的居民证明/证书
    3. 银行对账单/结单、信用卡对账单/结单
    4. 手机账单
    5. 保险结算单
    6. 可支持的公寓/酒店租房合同
    *用户提交租房合同必须包含, 与注册用户同名, 一年租房合同和到期日从开户算起3个月。
     
    支持的文件要求
    1. 需包含您清晰、完整的姓名、现居住地址（不能为商业地址）、签发日期
    2. 您的姓名须与您证件上的姓名保持完全一致
    3. 签发日期距今在三个月以内
    4. 未经任何编辑的真实文件或原始文件扫描本
    5. 需要清晰显示发出机构的资料，例如发出的政府机关、公用事业机构等

    提交住址证明文件时的注意事项

    HashKey Global使用先进的自动化签名和像素分析技术来鉴别您所提供的证明文件，旨在确保上传的文件未经篡改。为了确保您的信息顺利审核通过，建议您在提交住址证明材料前确认以下事项：

    基本要求：

    -需包含您清晰、完整的姓名、现居住地址（不能为商业地址）、签发日期；

    -您的姓名须与您证件上的姓名保持完全一致；

    -签发日期距今在三个月以内；

    -未经任何编辑的真实文件或原始文件扫描本；

    -需要清晰显示发出机构的资料，例如发出的政府机关、公用事业机构等。


    文件格式：

       - 支持PDF、JPG、JPEG、PNG格式的文件上传，最多5份，单份文件不超过5M，内容清晰可见。

    文件上传：

       - 文件应为原始照片（静态图像）或扫描件（不可以是从外部拍摄的电脑/手机屏幕截图或从社交网络上传的照片）；

       - 如果文件正反两面都有数据，则应上传两面的照片；

       - 需确保文件中的信息可读，包括申请人的全名、家庭地址和文件签发日期（如有）信息存在且可读；

       - 文件的所有角落可见，没有划痕、污渍或撕裂，没有外来物体或图形元素，没有使用任何软件进行编辑或转换为PDF。


    支持的文件类型：

      - 公用事业账单，如水电费、燃气费、固网电话、家庭宽带、有线电视月结单据；

      - 银行对账单/结单、信用卡对账单/结单；

      - 税务发票或政府发出的居民证明/证书；

      - 保险结算单;

      - 手机账单;

      - 驾驶证或身份证（仅适用于日本、韩国）。

      注：可接受的地址证明会不时更改。是否接受地址证明则视乎我们的最终决定。

    不支持的文件类型：

    - 从外部拍摄的电脑/手机屏幕截图，护照，地理照片，收据，邮政信箱或转交地址，非持牌金融机构的账单（如数字货币钱包服务机构的账单、金融科技企业的账单等）。

    不支持的国家/地区：

       - 需确保您的地址不属于HashKey Global不支持的国家（详见：为什么我所在的国家/地区未列出？）

    提交身份认证材料时需要注意什么？

    HashKey Global使用先进的自动化签名和像素分析技术来鉴别您所提供的证明文件，旨在确保上传的文件未经篡改。为了确保您的信息顺利审核通过，建议您在提交住址证明材料前确认以下事项：

    HashKey Global目前只接受国际标准的护照以及政府认可的身份ID证件这两种证件，在提交身份认证时请注意以下几点：

    • 证件格式：
      -支持PDF、JPG、JPEG、PNG格式的文件上传，文件大小不小于100 KB或300 DPI

    • 证件上传：
      - 证件必须为未经任何篡改的本人证件，证件人脸照片必须为本人，并且有清楚的五官和轮廓；
      - 证件必须是彩色的原始照片（静态图像）或扫描件（不是屏幕截图或从社交网络上传的照片）；
      - 如果证件的正反两面都有数据，则应上传两面的照片；
      - 需确保证件不会在未来3个月内到期；
      - 证件上的文字内容需清晰可见，包括姓名全名、出生日期、国籍、证件号码、条形码、有效期数据、机读区（MRZ）和其他重要信息存在且可读；
      - 证件的所有角落可见，没有外来物体或图形元素，没有划痕、污渍、撕裂、反光点或异物，没有使用任何软件进行编辑或转换为PDF。


    海外证件需要注意事项（仅中国大陆客户需要上传）

    如果您持有中国大陆护照，并持有海外长期居住许可证或签证，您可以先上传中国大陆护照作为基础证件，然后再上传海外证件。（注意：中国大陆用户必须同时持有中国大陆护照和海外证件，否则无法进行KYC认证）

    当您上传海外证件时，请务必注意选择正确的类型。海外证件类型分为签证和海外身份证。系统会根据您选择的类型自动要求您上传单页或双页的资料。选择错误可能导致需要上传双面证件的情况被认为是单面，这可能导致KYC认证被拒绝。


    1. 居住许可证类型
    一般来说，签证通常是单页（新加坡工作证除外，需要双面)，另外请注意，旅游签证和一次性签证是不被接受的。可以接受的签证类型包括工作签证、留学签证、居住许可证等长期签证。


    2. 海外身份证
    海外的身份证件通常是双面的，有些国家可能有例外，但系统会给予提示。
