• 遵守法律 參與者承諾將遵守與 HashKey Referral Pro Program和 API 使用相關的所有適用法律和法規的所有相關要求。本承諾是對參與者在任何適用法律和法規下的義務的補充，並不解除、取消或替代這些義務。
• 推薦資格 每個新的 HashKey Global用戶只能被推薦一次。根據我們的內部記錄，只有在首次成功推薦中使用的 HashKey Global邀請碼的推薦人將被用於確定本計劃的資格。該確定將受限於 HashKey全球的系統記錄。
• 取消資格和調查 HashKey Global保留取消客戶參與計劃資格，並撤銷任何因欺詐或濫用行為而獲得的推薦獎勵的權利。這包括但不限於欺詐註冊、偽造身份驗證信息以及與非法、欺詐或有害目的相關的任何其他活動。HashKey Global可能會要求提供進一步的信息以進行相關調查。

• 地區限制 為了遵守當地法規，某些功能、服務和活動在特定地區可能會受到限制或不可用，包括但不限於克里米亞、古巴、頓涅茨克、伊朗、朝鮮、盧甘斯克、敘利亞、馬耳他、美國、中國大陸和香港。
• 合規和行為 通過參與本計劃，用戶確認並聲明他們沒有單獨或與任何其他人一起從事可能構成任何反腐敗、反洗錢、欺詐或其他一般刑事法律、法規或規章下的任何刑事、民事或監管違法行為或犯罪。這包括但不限於賄賂（包括接受、提供、給予、索取、誘導或煽動任何人接受或給予任何形式的未經授權的好處、獎勵、利益或誘因）、不正當影響任何代理人或對任何委託人的不誠實或欺詐行為。
• 信息使用和保密 參與者同意通過 HashKey Referral Pro Program獲得的所有客戶可識別數據（“客戶數據”）將僅用於驗證推薦獎勵。除非有合法的驗證需要，否則這些數據不會被個人使用或披露。任何第三方披露需要 HashKey Global的書面同意。參與者應對所有保密信息嚴格保密，僅向有需要知情並受類似限制約束的代表披露。參與者將以保護自己敏感數據的同等謹慎程度保護這些信息，不低於合理的謹慎程度。任何未經授權的披露或丟失應立即通知 HashKey Global。參與者對其代表的合規性負責。“保密信息”包括 HashKey Global或其關聯公司披露的或參與者獲得的所有非公開信息，包括與本承諾、產品、法律事務、客戶名單、交易數據和第三方關係相關的信息。以下信息不包括在內：(a) 未違反規定而公開獲得的信息；(b) 先前知悉且無義務的信息；© 非因限制而獲得的信息；(d) 獨立開發的信息；或 (e) 經HashKey Global批准發布的信息。如果需要根據命令披露，參與者應立即通知 HashKey Global並協助獲得保護。
• 賠償 參與者同意對 HashKey Global因參與者的任何疏忽、行為不當或過失行為（包括但不限於未經授權使用通過本計劃獲得的客戶可識別數據）而引起的任何和所有索賠、要求、訴訟、責任、損失、成本和費用（包括合理的律師費）進行賠償並使其免受損害。本賠償義務在本承諾終止後仍然有效。
• 許可狀態的確認 參與者承認HashKey Global是相關監管機構下的持牌機構。參與者承諾不會在適用法律和法規禁止的司法管轄區內以 HashKey Global的名義招攬用戶。
• API 用戶條款的適用性 參與者承認並同意，本承諾的條款應與參與者與 HashKey Global簽訂的 API 用戶條款（如適用）並行運行。如果本承諾的條款與上述 API 用戶條款之間存在任何衝突，則以有利於 HashKey Global的條款為準，並指導各方義務的解釋和執行。
• 計劃變更 HashKey Global保留隨時自行決定更改、修改或取消活動/計劃或任何參與者資格的權利，包括由於內部控制措施、系統問題或其他情況，且無需事先通知或承擔任何責任。
• 責任 在法律允許的最大範圍內，HashKey Global、其關聯公司、合作夥伴和員工不對因您參與活動/計劃而引起的任何直接、間接、附帶、後果性或特殊損害承擔責任。這包括但不限於任何資金、利潤、數據或聲譽的損失。HashKey Global保留對活動/計劃規則和獎勵的最終決定權。
• 適用法律 HashKey Referral Pro Program的條款（包括本承諾函中的任何條款）受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並應根據香港法律解釋和執行，不考慮任何法律選擇或法律衝突規則。因本承諾引起的或與之相關的任何爭議，包括其存在、有效性或終止的任何問題，應提交並最終由香港國際仲裁中心（HKIAC）根據提交仲裁通知時有效的 HKIAC 管理仲裁規則進行仲裁。仲裁地點為香港。

Participants of the Referral Plus program understand, agree and guarantee that:

Participation in this program does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, or receipt of any rewards, benefits, or incentives. HashKey Global may impose certain criteria, requirements, or limitations for participation, and it reserves the right to deny or disqualify individuals or entities from participating in the program. Hashkey Global reserves the right to make changes, modify, or cancel the program or the eligibility of any participant at any time at its sole discretion, including due to internal control, system issues or other circumstances, without any prior notice or liability.

Participants do not represent HashKey Global and must not express opinions or make statements that explicitly or implicitly represent HashKey Global. Participants are strictly prohibited from creating or distributing content targeted at a specific regional audience and shall guarantee that any action taken as a referrer under the Referral Plus program complies with all applicable laws (including any applicable advertising, social media, and/or competition regulations as well as laws and regulations issued by government agencies) and the terms of HashKey Global's platform.

HashKey Global reserves the right to review, modify (whether before or after publication), or request the removal of any content published by itself (if any) at any time. The content posted by participants must not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, trademark rights, or other rights. The content published by Participants must not contain false statements, misleading information, defamation, malicious slanders, as well as pornographic, obscene, illegal, offensive, or other inappropriate content. Participants have the right and authorize HashKey Global to reproduce their published content and guarantee that the content they publish complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Participants agree not to use paid followers, bots, or other forms of technology to inflate their new user targets to satisfy requirements under the Referral Plus program.

If Participants fail to comply with or violate the terms or obligations of this program, HashKey Global reserves the right to withhold any rewards payable and reserves the right to recover any rewards paid to Participants under this program prior to the event of default. Participants agree to indemnify, assist, and defend HashKey Global and its affiliates, directors, senior management, employees, agents, and assigns from and against any claims, lawsuits, losses, liabilities, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) or costs arising from its published content or violation of the terms of this program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HashKey Global, its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participant’s participation in the program, including but not limited to any loss of funds, profits, business, potential profits, data, or reputation. HashKey Global assumes no responsibility for any act of Participants that violates the terms of this program or local laws and regulations.

HashKey Global reserves the ultimate discretion regarding the rules and rewards of the program.

RISK WARNING ABOUT HSK: Please be aware that HSK is not currently listed on any exchange and there is no guarantee that it will be listed in the future. As a result, HSK presently has no established market value. The timeline for the potential listing of HSK remains uncertain. In the event that HSK is successfully listed, it may be subject to various trading restrictions in accordance with applicable regulations and laws. These restrictions may include, but are not limited to, limiting the trading of HSK solely to eligible professional investors in select locations and subject to regulatory approval. The value of HSK is subject to substantial risk and may diminish or fluctuate significantly in response to various market conditions and other factors beyond HashKey's control.
